Philanthropy That Benefits Everyone

Philanthropy is very important and I will be sharing the 3 T’s of philanthropy. Time, Treasure and Talent.

Time: using your time is important.

File Taxes for Free to the public and become an enrolled agent with the IRS. You will be certified for a year and even able to charge to file taxes as a side hustle after volunteering to file free tax returns. please note, you will not be able to charge the people in the program for your services. This is if you decided later to file taxes for other clients outside of the program.

Donate your time to a soup kitchen

Feeding and donating your time to make sure people who are having a rough patch in their life. If you are feeling more generous then this would be the perfect place to find a family to adopt for the holiday.

Treasure

Donate to your favorite causes, that are locally, or internationally your choice. I personally have the softest spot for causes centered around women and children. I’m currently donating to a domestic violence center for this year. I make my payment online and I’m able to see where my donation is going exactly. A beautiful cause 😉

Donating to the local food banks.

There are many people who don’t know where their next meals are coming from. With the holidays coming up this the perfect way to spread love. If you don’t where to start. I found some of the best programs at my local churches and grocery store.

Talent:

This is for my crafty mommas. YOu can donate your talents in many ways. If you crochet-knit sew…making hats and gloves for kids in your local hospital, orphans and the elderly.

If your talent is hair and makeup. There are many women and men who are in domestic violence centers and homeless shelters who need that loving transformation. You might think its’ a small gesture but think of the people who may feel broken and just need that self conf boost.
